In this activity you specify the length of time that a commission case has to stay in the system until it can be archived.

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries or Change.
  2. Under Determine Minimum Retention Period you select the required archiving category. Enter the minimum retention period in days that has to elapse after a commission case has been last changed before it is archived. Newer commission case versions must not be archived under any circumstances. Older versions can be archived if they meet all other criteria.
  3. Under CommnCase Arch: Determine Minimum Retention Period you specify for each business object type and remunerating business transaction type the minimum retention period in days that has to elapse from the posting or effective date before a commission case is archived. If you enter "_", the minimum retention period applies to all business object types and all remunerating business transaction types.

Further notes

Commission cases that are set to pending must not be archived.
