In this IMG activity you edit settlement types. Settlement types control the settlement.

Activities

  1. Assign an account assignment type to the settlement type.
  2. Choose the settlement category. You must assign the corresponding remuneration in the IMG activity Edit Standard Settlement Rules.
  3. Specify the target system.
  4. If you want to set up a reserve, you have to select a settlement type of category 1 (reserve). You can configure this as follows:
    1. In the Reserve% field, enter the percentage rate of the remuneration share that is to be retained.
    2. In the Reserve field, enter the maximum amount up to which the reserve will be accumulated.
    3. In the Threshold Value Res. field, you can enter the lower value as from which the reserve will be accumulated.
  5. If you wish to suppress the disbursement of trivial amounts, you can specify for each settlement type the threshold amount for disbursements. You can determine positive threshold values (disbursement) as well as negative threshold values (recalls).
  6. Enter the target ID.
  7. If you selected the Reserve settlement category, you can enter the key for the payment block. Select the payment block in the settlement system.
  8. If you set the Resp. indicator (responsible for reserve release), the release of the reserve must be broken down by the ICM system. If you do not set the indicator, the reserve is broken down in the disbursement system.
  9. If you set the CombTypeNo. (number of the characteristic combination type), the account determination type is determined through the determination function.
