Use
In this activity you determine the commission case statuses that are permitted during the creation of a worklist.
A logical service tool is assigned to each initial commission case. This tool influences how the initial commission case and its dependent commission cases are processed in RCP processing.
The configuration options of the logical service let you assign each (initial and dependent) commission case of a worklist its own processing method in the framework of the standard processes of the commission system. The system therefore does not know in advance which statuses can be processed or not.
Consequently you may define the permitted processing statuses of the commission case versions that are found for each method of a tool of the logical service.
Example
When commission cases are rolled back by resetting, their status is irrelevant. If, during rollback, a commission case is to be posted as pending, the status for an error-free posting must be taken into account since the attempt to post a commission case with an incorrect pending status with processing target 2 will again result in an error.
