In this activity you can define the display of the business object ID using the grouped conversion exit. You can define a fixed output length depending on the business object type.
Example
Business object 1234 of type 820 (month-end closing) should be formatted with ten characters, while business object 5678 of type 810 (life insurance) should be formatted with four characters.
Both business objects are displayed as follows:
Type Identification Version Description of business object
Business Object: 820 0000001234 1 (month-end closing)
Business Object: 810 5678 1 (life insurance)
Requirements
Standard settings
If you do not define the formatting for a type, then the conversion exit ALPHA is used. This means that the maximum length of the domains is allowed. Zeros before a figure are not displayed.
