In this activity, you define quantifying authorization groups. You define and name these groups depending on the application.
You use the attribute quantifying to control the maximum amount of commission postings that personnel assigned to the corresponding authorization group may perform.
Quantifying authorizations enable you to make manual changes and corrective postings (special commission) to remuneration and valuation values as a maximum absolute amount and maximum relative change to the commission case (in percent).
You then assign personnel (for example, a clerk or broker) to the authorization groups in a later step.
Example
Authorization group A include four clerks who are all authorized to perform corrective postings up to 1,000 euros. Authorization group B includes seven brokers who are authorized to perform postings up to 3,000 euros.
