In this IMG activity, you maintain standard commission contracts .

Make the settings for the components of the contracts (assignment of standard agreements or agreement categories).

Activities

Standard Commision Contract Active Versions

Either create a new standard commission contract or edit an existing one as follows:

  1. Choose New Entries and enter the name of your standard commission contract. Save your entries.
  2. Select your standard commission contract and choose Edit Standard Commission Contracten Active Versions.
  3. Choose New Entries or Change and
    1. Use F4 input help to select the relevant commission contract type.
    2. To exclude subsequent processes from the standard contract, set the exclusion indicator Exl:SuPr. This locks the standard contract, preventing new contracts being created or the standard contract being switched. Commission contracts (individual contracts) that already exist and refer to this standard contract can still be changed or remain valid as before (even after the key date).
    3. Enter the effective validity.
    4. Enter a short and long name for the standard commission contract.
  4. Save your entries.
  5. Select the relevant version and choose Assign Standard Agreements Active Versions.
  6. Use F1 input help to assign the standard agreements to your standard commission contract.

Disply Standard Commission Contract All Versions

This lets you display all versions of the standard commission contract.
