Use

In this IMG activity you schedule the processing of process triggers of the 'commission contract' type for background processing. You determine background job scheduling for the processing modes Create Assignment Processes and Delete Trigger.

Requirements

Check that background job scheduling has not already been selected.

Activities

  1. Execute the IMG activity.
  2. Choose the processing mode Create Assignment Processes.
  3. In the selection screen of the program, choose the menu option Program -> Execute in Background.
  4. Make the required entries in the screen sequence to schedule background processing.
    The scheduling of background processing should be triggered at short periods of, say, an hour. This minimizes the length of time between the effective termination of a contract up to the start of the related transfer process.

Once you have scheduling background processing for processing mode Create Assignment Processes, you should do the same for processing mode Delete Trigger. For this processing mode, it suffices to schedule background processing for longer periods of, say, a week.
