Use
In this Customizing activity, you can specify if you want to transfer reversal postings during the entitlement and liability transfer (ELT) process or not.
You can specify values for the following parameters in this Customizing activity:
- Business Object Category
- Remunerating Business Transaction
- Participant Role
- Remuneration Type
- Effective From (Date)
- Effective Until (Date)
- Transfer Reversal Postings
During the ELT document reversal process, the system checks the entries in this Customizing activity and chooses an entry based on the values of the following input search parameters:
- Business object category
- Remunerating business transaction
- Participant role
- Remuneration type
- Dates
The system transfers reversal postings during the ELT process only if the Transfer Reversal Postings parameter is checked for this entry.
Note
The system supports generic search and the parameters are searched from right to left, starting from the parameter Remuneration Type in the table. If you specify the value of a parameter as '*', it indicates that this parameter can hold any value. This Customizing activity is version-handled.

Example
The following values are specified in this Customizing activity:
Business Remunerating Participant Remuneration Transfer Effective Effective
Object Business Role Type Reversal From Until
Category Transaction Postings
810 002 002 * X 01011900 31129999
810 002 005 7000 01011900 31129999
Case 1:
The system chooses the first entry in the table if the values of the input search parameters are as follows:
- Business object category = 810
- Remunerating business transaction = 002
- Participant role = 002
- Remuneration type = any value (for example, 8000)
- Dates (The dates are within the range specified in the first entry)
In this case, the system transfers reversal postings because the parameter Transfer Reversal Postings is checked for this entry.
Case 2:
The system chooses the second entry in the table if the values of the input search parameters are as follows:
- Business Object Category = 810
- Remunerating Business Transaction = 002
- Participant Role = 005
- Remuneration Type = 7000
- Dates (The dates are within the range specified in the second entry)
In this case, the system does not transfer reversal postings because the parameter Transfer Reversal Postings is not checked for this entry.
