Definition

In this activity you assign commission clerks from the clerk position to an organizational unit.

The clerk position has its own link to the organizational unit (in the standard system: 290) that must be taken into account in the other evaluation paths. The position as well as the link to the commission clerk are created in organizational management.

Requirements

You must first create the appropriate commission processing clerk:

• In the commissions menu: Master data -> Commission processing clerk -> Create

Before you can assign authorizations for employees, you have to make the following settings in the SAP Standard menu:

• Tools -> Administration, then User maintenance -> Authorization
• Tools -> Administration, then User maintenance -> Profile
• Tools -> Administration, then User maintenance -> User
