In this activity you copy version-related table entries dependent in the preparatory system dependent on your application, from your application to the appropriate transport application.
Take note: The execution of this activity is the only permitted procedure for putting entries into the transport application or changing entries there.

Enter your current application on the input screen and choose execute (F8). The subsequent activities (creating a transport application, copying data...) are executed by the system in the background.

Information for system administrators:
The division between correct applications and transport applications takes place using separate namespaces; both are CHAR6 fields, namespace for application: X*,Y*,Z*, namespace for transport application: $T*.
The transport applications are differentiated from one another by the number ranges. They do not exist in the TCACS_APPL table. This method guarantees that you cannot set the transport applications as your current application in the system (from the initial screen in the commission system, for example), and they cannot be confused with productive applications.
