Under Accesses specify, for each access sequence, the sequence in which the condition records are to be searched for in each table.

1.    Enter an access sequence

2.    Assign a list from the condition table to the access sequence. Assign a number (any number) for each condition table.

3.    For field P_VERSION, enter the processing type A and priority one.

You can also select a further field as a free field. You then get all incompletely specified fields.

In this case, you no longer have to fill this field in order to create a condition record. The field can be filled individually in the commission contract.
