We recommend leaving the sender structure as similar as possible to the receiver structure and ensuring the correct format is already in place in the data selection programs.

Activities

  1. Define a sender structure and assign transfer type '90' (central business partner relationships) to this sender structure.
  2. Under position '1' define the name of the DDIC structure. This name is subject to the naming convention 'RKCTXXX', whereby 'X' stands for any character!
  3. Select this entry and with the 'Select' function branch to the detail screen of the sender structure. Following the menu path <Sender structure - Copy from>, the fields of the receiver structure are linked as a proposal. You can freely define the fields of the sender structure here.
  4. Selecting the 'Save' function creates the sender structure (in DDIC).
