Use

In this step you define how a text should be displayed in the dialog process. Text types are required in Maintain Elements.

Requirements

Standard settings

The SAP System is shipped with a set of sample text types that you can change to meet your business requirements:

  • Full Text
    The whole element text is displayed.
  • By Reference Text
    Only the element title is displayed.
  • Prescription Text
    The prescription text is displayed.

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter an identifier and a description.
  3. Save your entries.
