Use

In this IMG activity, you generate a list of variables that is required for synchronous communication, that is, communication via the SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure, between SAP Procurement for Public Sector and SAP Document Builder. The list is based on the data available in the SRM system, as described below.

Requirements

You must have:

  • Defined the configuration parameter LOGSYS_SRM in Define Configuration Parameters for the content in which you want to create the variables. Use the following format when you enter the parameter value: system identifier, followed by CLNT and client number, for example, E6RCLNT200.
  • Performed the IMG activity Integration with SAP Document Builder -> Define Reference Data in the SRM system.
  • Performed the IMG activity Integration with SAP Document Builder -> Map Fields in the SRM system.
  • Defined an RFC connection to the SRM system to read the table Document Builder Reference Data (/SAPPSSRM/DB_REF).
