Use

In this step you maintain a log for each regulation set. Since regulations are often subject to changes, maintaining a history for each regulation set enables document authors to view the current status of the content.

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Select the relevant regulation set.
  3. Specify the effective date of the update.
  4. Enter a description and additional information in the Memo field if required.
  5. Save your entries.
