Use
In this step you define fill-in owners. A fill-in owner is a variable attribute. For example, you may have a variable called 'Name' belonging to a buyer or a vendor. Since there is only one role for authoring in SAP Document Builder, that is the Document Author, the fill-in attribute is exclusively used for information purposes. The author can update the variable on condition that the relevant indicator has been set and the variable is editable. For more information, perform the activity Define Elements and choose Standard Elements -> Associated Variables in the dialog structure.
