Use

In this step you maintain the attributes of the output types you have defined in Maintain Output Definition.

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter an output type and set the relevant indicator(s).
    An output type is:
    • Required when the document has to be generated (Note that Document Builder authors are not allowed to change this setting on document generation.)
    • Proposed when you are free to tell the system whether or not to generate the document
    • Persisted when the document is saved after it has been generated
  3. Save your entries.
