Use

In this step you create a structure to group document selections. Document groups enable you to display only those documents that are relevant to an author.

  2. Enter an identifier and a description.
  3. Save your entries.

Example

You could define a document group 'Bid Invitation' containing the document types 'Request for Proposal', 'Request for Quote', and 'Invitation for Bid'.
