Use

In this step you assign variables to either documents, templates or both. The variables are eventually selected and used to filter documents and/or templates.

The following restrictions apply:

  • The maximum length for variables of type CHAR is 30
  • The 10-digit format must be used for variables of type DATE
  • The maximum length for variables of type CURR is 15

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter a variable to be used for filtering and set the relevant indicator(s).
  3. Save your entries.
  4. Repeat these steps for any further variables.
