Use
In this IMG activity, you can change the mapping generated by means of report Generate Default Mapping (/IPRO/DEFAULT_DUET_MAP), and create additional entries if required.
Note
When you define attributes in xCLM under Basic Settings -> Attributes -> Define Attributes, and select the control type 'List Code IMG', make sure that you have configured the IMG data (for example, contract categories) that is supposed to be displayed in the list. Missing IMG data causes the system to crash.
Requirements
You must have:
- Installed Duet.
- Configured the SAP landscape to run Contract Lifecycle Management. For this purpose, all xCLM web services must be running.
- Defined the relevant variables in the IMG activity Define Variables. Note that you must create structure variables to group variables according to functional similarity.
- Performed the IMG activity Set Default Mapping for Duet Attributes.
Standard settings
Activities
- Choose New Entries.
- Select the relevant Duet interface panel. A panel refers to a specific section of a contract document, for example, the contract header. Note that for contract and template headers, attributes such as ID, version, time, and date are required.
- Enter the variable to be mapped. The content (and the content modifier, if applicable) to which it belongs is updated accordingly.
- By default, the Mandatory and Exclude indicators are not selected. You can change them according to your needs.
- Specify the group position. The group position refers to the position of a group of fields on the Duet user interface. In the context of SAP Document Builder, you must specify the position of the structure variable within the specified content.
- Specify a technical name for the group. It is recommended that you use the technical name of the structure variable, as defined in the IMG activity Define Variables.
- Specify the position number of the variable within the structure.
- Save your entries.
