Use

In this IMG activity, you activate additional fields for contract header and contract item data. These fields allow you to maintain additional contract data, which is saved with the "normal" data in the Contract Header (/CBAD/CONTRACT_H) or Contract Item (/CBAD/CONTRACT_I) table. The fields then appear on the user interface in the two tabs Head User Fields and Item User Fields for contract header and contract item data respectively.

The name that you give each additional user field appears as the field description on the user interface.

  • Activate the required user field by setting the Active indicator.
  • Enter the name of the field in the Medium Field Label field.
