Diagnosis
The quantity ordered in item is not the same as the sum of the quantities ordered in the relevant subitems.

Procedure
The quantity ordered in item must, however, be the same as the sum of the quantity ordered in the relevant subitems.
Divide the total quantity up correctly among the subitems for item.
