Diagnosis
The collective PO schedule line with the data:
Vendor:
Material:
Schedule line date:
Time:
was deleted from the collective purchase order.
Cause
The system rounded off at item level in the collective PO. The result could not be broken down to schedule line level through proportional distribution. Schedule lines with the quantity of 0 are therefore deleted.
Example
The following situation exists:
Item quantity: 200 CAR
Schedule line Date Quantity
1 17.11.1999 100 CAR
2 18.11.1999 50 CAR
3 19.11.1999 50 CAR
Rounding off at item level results in the following (100 CAR equals 1 PAL):
Item quantity: 2 PAL
Schedule line Date Quantity
1 17.11.1999 1 PAL
2 18.11.1999 0.5 PAL
3 19.11.1999 0.5 PAL
No places after the decimal point are allowed for pallets. Schedule line 3 is therefore deleted and the following schedule lines are generated:
Item quantity: 2 PAL
Schedule line Date Quantity
1 17.11.1999 1 PAL
2 18.11.1999 1 PAL
