Collective PO cannot be generated due to locking problem

Diagnosis

In order to be able to generate a collective purchase order, the system has to block the outbound documents (warehouse orders and sales orders) temporarily.

At present, at least one of these documents is already blocked for processing, so the system cannot set its own block.
