At least one relevant material could not be blocked for the generation of distribution orders.
User was already blocking the material.
System Response
Procedure
Try again later when the relevant material(s) is/are free again.
Alternatively, you can define that distribution orders are generated without a check being run for existing distribution orders first. Then the material(s) in question will not be blocked for processing.
