Diagnosis

You are generating distribution orders for material-oriented flow-through. The distribution quantity of material was reduced for recipient .

Originally, the distribution quantity was to be . This was reduced to because distribution orders already exist in the system for the remaining quantity.

Procedure

You can prevent automatic quantity reduction here by leaving the checkbox on the initial screen for checking against existing distribution orders blank. If you do choose to do this, however, you must ensure that other (organizational) safeguards are in place to prevent multiple quantities of a material being distributed to the same recipient.
