Diagnosis
You have entered two postal codes that are withing an area that already exists. This leads to a refinement of the existing interval. You could use this to assign one tariff zone (T0001) to a large city and its suburbs, for example, and then assign another tariff zone (T0002) to central or less accessible areas withing the city where the transportation costs are higher.
