Diagnosis

In order to perform transportation planning and tendering for forwarding agents, a shipment type and planning point must be assigned to each agent.

Procedure

Define the shipment type and planning point in the IMG using Configuration of Transportation Planning for Forwarding Agents for each forwarding agent who performs transportation planning and tendering.
