Diagnosis
You cannot delet ethe process. You can only delete such a process when the inmdicator is set to "optional" in Customizing for them.
System Response
Deletion is not executed.
Procedure
Select the correct process you want to delete (if the selected line was incorrect) or set the process to "optional" in Customizing.
