Diagnosis
Condition table has development class (local object) and therefore cannot be transported.
This is why access sequences for condition table are not transported into other systems.

Procedure
If you want the condition table to be transported, choose menu option "Obj. directory entry" in condition table maintenance (transaction VK04) and change the development class.
