You have not created consumer for the sales areas . The sales area data required for processing sales is copied from the master record of the reference customer.

If you want to maintain sales area data for consumer , that differs from the sales area data maintained for the reference customer, you can extend the consumer master record to include other sales areas, such as .

To display the data maintained for the reference customer, choose Reference customer in consumer master data maintenance.
