The application responsible for the entry has determined that the access control information stored for the entry is not sufficient for the application. It is therefore possible that the application can no longer work correctly with the entry.

In transaction SECSTORE, navigate to the maintenance transaction responsible for the entry (if this is supported by the entry), and recreate the entry there.
