Diagnosis
You wish to cancel the release of the entry sheet using a release code that either does not exist or is not defined at this point according to the release strategy.
Release can only be cancelled using the release codes with which the sheet was originally released.

Check your input and change it if necessary.
You can obtain information on the release strategy in the service entry sheet via the menu "Goto -> Display release strategy".
