At least one Logistics application has open setup table entries

Diagnosis
For at least one Logistics application in at least one client there are entries in the setup table (and therefore in the restructure table for the extractor).
Changing an extraction structure in this status leads to errors when loading InfoPackages from BW.

Procedure
Delete the entries for all setup tables of the Logistics applications in all relevant clients (transaction LBWG).
