Object cannot be created again. Object &3 &4 missing.

Diagnosis
As part of your change copy activities, you want to create the object . However, the object must already exist for you to do this and this is not the case. As a result, cannot be created for these change copy activities.
System Response
The system cannot create , as this would lead to an inconsistant state.
Procedure
First create the prerequisite object and then start copying the changes again.
