Diagnosis

The note being implemented is attempting to create a new implementation of the method &V2. To enable this, this method must be declared in the class or in an interface declared by the class, or the note must insert the method declaration into the definition of the class or interface. This is not the case, however. The system is therefore unable to create the method implementation.
