Diagnosis
SAP Note has already been implemented completely. You can therefore set the processing status of the SAP Note as Finished only.
System Response
The system does not change the processing status.
Procedure
Leave or set the processing status as Finished. If you want to set the processing status as Not Relevant, you must first deimplement the SAP Note.
