You want to implement an SAP Note with the status in your system.
System Response
The system does not permit the implementation of SAP Notes of this type.
Procedure
For you to be able to implement the SAP Note, it must have the status Internally Released, Released for Customer, or Pilot Release. Open a customer service ticket, and assign the it to component .
