Diagnosis
It was not possible to establish an RFC connection to OSS.
System Response
The system cannot download the latest version of the composite SAP Note .
Procedure
If you want to download SAP Notes using an RFC connection in SAP Note Assistant, you need to set up an RFC connection to OSS.
Alternatively, you can download the note from SAP Service Marketplace.
