Diagnosis
You want to implement an SAP Note correction with the Note Assistant. You cannot, however, import Support Packages or add-ons at the same time.
System Response
Since user is currently importing Support Packages or an add-on, the system cannot implement the SAP Note at this time.
Procedure
Implement the SAP Note correction once the import of the Support Package or the add on is finished.
