BDT subscreen containers not generated for application object &1

Diagnosis
After a system installation or following an upgrade, the BDT subscreen containers have to be generated. For more information, refer to SAP Note 670310.
System Response
Procedure
Execute one of the following transactions:
- RECABT - Generates the BDT subscreen containers for all application objects in the current client that are relevant for RE-FX.
- BUSP - Generates the BDT subscreen containers for any application objects (expert mode).
