According to your Customizing settings, you are not allowed to assign objects of object type to objects of object type .

Procedure
Check if you really need to make this assignment. For you to be able to make this assignment, your system administrator needs to change Customizing settings. Keep in mind that for contracts, this setting is dependent on the contract type.
