Milestone functions do not allow the creation of drafts of this object

Diagnosis
The milestone functions specified by you have triggered one or more of the following changes:
- The system adds new objects to the existing project structure if you have marked one or more of the following milestone functions:
- Include standard network
- Create network
- Include subnetwork
- The system triggers a workflow if you have marked the Start workflow task milestone function
System Response
The system does not allow you to create drafts, but allows you to save changes into the operative project structure.
