Diagnosis
The scope of data key is used to define that all material ledger currencies/valuations are used. Going to the next Customizing maintenance screen to reduce the currencies/valuations is not advisable for this scope of data key.

Procedure
If you really want to reduce the currencies/valuations that are to be saved, then assign to the valuation area a scope of data key that does not have the 'all currency and valuation types' indicator and thereby allows you to reduce the currencies or valuations.
