Curr./val. types for matLedger types &1 and &2 in comp. code &3 not equal

Diagnosis
Material ledger types and in company code are defined differently.
The currency types and valuations within a company code must be the same for all valuation areas.
System Response
The system does not allow you to assign material ledger type because material ledger type has already been assigned a valuation class with different currency types and valuations in company code .

Check your entry.
Procedure for System Administration
- In Customizing for the components Actual Costing/Material Ledger, check the definition of the material ledger types.
- In Customizing for Financial Accounting and Controlling, check the currency settings.
