Diagnosis

You have tried to detach data (preregistration, appointments, services) from the visit to which they are attached. This is not possible here.

System Response

The system cannot detach the data from the visit (e.g. from the case) for the following reasons:

-) The system should not cancel the visit itself, but one of its dependent objects (a preregistration, an appointment, or a service). However, you cannot detach only a part of this data from the visit while canceling other objects.

Procedure

If you wish to cancel this visit and detach this data (i.e. you do not wish to cancel this data), you should try to cancel the visit itself.
