You tried to create an instance of the class, but this was unsuccessful because some of your transfer parameters were incorrect. This would imply that a program error has occurred.
Possible reasons:
-) You wanted to create an instance for a NEW data record (that is, a record that does not yet exist in the database), but the key of an existing data record was transferred
-) Important parameter values (such as the institution) were not specified
