Diagnosis
In the memory, this service has been linked to more than one appointment. This is not permitted.
Possible reasons why this occurred:
-) Service has been assigned (connected) to several appointments
-) Service has been assigned to one appointment or no appointments, but is a component of a preregistration for surgery or request for surgery, and other services of this surgery are linked to other appointments. This is not permitted either because all of the services of a preregistration/request for surgery must be assigned either to one (and only one) appointment or to no appointments at all.
System Response
The system cannot save the data.
