Procedure
If this information message is not to be displayed because you do not work with the component, create a problem notification for the component of the relevant country version XX-CSC-AT-IS-H or XX-CSC-CH-IS-H. State the transaction you are using and detail the various steps up to the point when this message is issued.
If you work with the component, contact your sales partner - T-Systems Sales - on +43 (0) 57057 8373 or send an email to licence-info@t-systems.at. A license is required to use this functionality. You can obtain a license key request text, which you can copy, by clicking the License Request pushbutton in the NWCVLICENCE transaction.
Procedure for System Administration
Once you have received a valid license key, enter it in the appropriate field in the NWCVLICENCE transaction. A license needs to be obtained for the relevant institution in the respective client.
