Exception triggered in the function module "ISH_SPLIT_OE":
Incorrect time intervals in the interface (import) are copied to the
function module. Incorrect means for example that the start date is
later than the end date. Parameter values:
Service start date(BWIDT) = , Start time(BWIZT) = ,
End date(BWEDT) = , end time(BWEZT) = .

System Response

Processing with the function module is terminated.

Procedure

Please check the time parameters provided by the calling program. This
is probably a program error. Please inform your system administrator.
